Return & Replacement Policy
At Shenora Fine Designs, every piece of jewelry is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.
Returns & Replacements
We accept return or replacement requests only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received an incorrect product.
- You received a product with a manufacturing defect.
- You received an item with missing components.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To be eligible for any return, replacement, or damage claim, an uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory.
The video must:
- Start before opening the sealed outer package.
- Clearly show the shipping label and package condition.
- Capture the entire unboxing process in one continuous recording without any pauses, edits, or cuts.
- Clearly show the product and the issue (damage, defect, missing item, or incorrect item).
Any claim submitted without a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Photos alone are not sufficient for processing return or replacement requests.
Return Request Timeline
All return or replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
To initiate a claim, please contact us with:
- Order Number
- Description of the issue
- Complete unboxing video
- Supporting photographs (if applicable)
Items Not Eligible for Return
Returns, replacements, or refunds will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind or personal preference.
- Color variations caused by screen settings or photography lighting.
- Minor variations in finish, polish, or stone placement that are characteristic of handcrafted imitation jewelry.
- Damage caused after delivery due to improper handling, water exposure, perfumes, cosmetics, chemicals, sweat, or misuse.
- Products returned without their original packaging.
Product Information
Shenora Fine Designs offers premium imitation/fashion jewelry. As these pieces are handcrafted, slight variations in color, finish, or embellishments may naturally occur and do not constitute manufacturing defects.
To preserve the beauty and longevity of your jewelry, avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, hair sprays, and other chemicals. Store your jewelry in a dry place after use.
Claim Review
Once your request is received, our quality assurance team will review the submitted evidence. If your claim is approved, we may provide one of the following, at our sole discretion:
- A replacement (subject to product availability).
- Store credit.
- A refund.
Refunds
Where applicable, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
Shipping charges, Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, and other service fees are non-refundable unless the error occurred on our part.
Final Decision
The decision of Shenora Fine Designs regarding the approval or rejection of any return, replacement, or refund request shall be final after reviewing all submitted evidence.
